Duckstein Brewery @ Saracen Estates presents OKTOBERFEST 2009!

The Duckstein Brewery at Saracen Estates lies in a region that is renowned for its quality produce and extravagant parties! The Duckstein Brewery prides itself on its superior German Beer, quality German influenced Food, lively music and fun atmosphere - all essential ingredients for what promises to be a wonderful inaugural Oktoberfest.

To commemorate the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig I to Princess Theresa in 1810, Bavarians held their first Oktoberfest in Munich. To continue this fine tradition- brush off your Lederhosen and Dirndl and head for the Duckstein Brewery.

The Duckstein presents a traditional German Oktoberfest featuring German-style craft beers; Pilsner, Hefeweiss and Festbier. There will also be a range of wines and champagnes to help celebrate this fun day out. BBQ Bratwurst, Pretzels and other fare is available for hungry revellers.

Live music can be heard throughout the day with the traditional music (early) and party music (later). There will also be traditional Oktoberfest games and competitions with prizes to be won. All ticket holders receive a free German Beer Stein on entry.

Complimentary buses will run to and from the Duckstein Brewery from Margaret River and Dunsborough. Check the website www.duckstein.com.au closer to the event for further details and bus schedules. Dress: Fancy Frock, Crazy Dress up or Traditional German.

The Oktoberfest Launch Dinner is Friday 23rd Oct from 6pm to 11pm. Tickets will include a Traditional German Buffet Dinner, bus transfers, smaller Helga stein and entertainment.
