2007 Chardonnay
Another popular Margaret River regional wine, this wine has a rich, full, intense nose with integrated French oak and fruit. Flavours are fresh, clean and vibrant with good depth of fruit – dried pears and pear skin. The palate is full and rich with length and linger. The combination of specially selected oak and natural acid gives length to the wine. Although the palate is opulent, it is also elegant with dried pears after taste. It is an ideal accompaniment to a creamy crayfish dish or chicken involtini.
