An absolute crowd pleasing style of Margaret River Shiraz.
Deep, intense garnet in colour, with really rich ripe plums, spice and integrated American oak. This wine has a huge intensity of flavours that are almost overwhelming. The palate is rich and opulent with flavours from sweet ripe fruit and soft chalky tannins. There is a generous mouth feel that is normally not experienced in this area.
A big generous wine that is made from fully ripe fruit and will age well for the next 5 years but drinking very well now.
It is the ideal match for pasta with a rich tomato based sauce, or venison in any form!
