80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot
Brick red in colour with fresh fruits of mulberry, blackberry and plums with some integrated French oak in the background. An easy drinking palate with soft cabernet flavours of peppermint, spice and ripe currants, slightly tempered by the Merlot. This is a medium weight wine with some oak on the finish and completed by a nice acid lift. The palate has a nice richness on the mid palate with soft tannins. This is an approachable and friendly wine, perfect for a quiet night in with wood fired pizza or for your next barbeque.
