Description
Dark red in colour, the wine has aromas of soft aniceed, peppermint spice, lifted ripe dark berry fruits of mulberry and blackcurrant with hints of French oak and vanilla bean.
Drinking superbly smoothe right now, this wine has been aged for 21 months in oak and will easily cellar for 12-15yrs.
Try with something hearty and extravagant like venison ragout.
After taking out the title of “Best Cabernet in Margaret River” with our 2007 Reserve and then the 2008 Reserve with “Wine of the Year Aus & NZ Winestate”, the 2009 Reserve has some big shoes to fill.
