– to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

7. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Should an item be out of stock or a delay in delivery times be expected we will inform you within five working days of receiving your order.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns within Australia –
To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date and in the condition in which they were purchased. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
Refunds will only be made where goods received are not those originally ordered or goods are deemed to be faulty. Goods must be returned within forteen days of order date and in the condition in which they were purchased. We will endeavour to replace the goods as originally ordered or in faultless condition; however if such an arrangement cannot be reached we will credit your original method of payment.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within five working days of receipt of returned goods. Please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.

12 bottles or more are freight free within Australia
3 bottle and 6 bottle purchases are subject to freight charges as will be calculated with your order (dependent on postcode)
Orders outside Australia may enquire for quote on delivery costs.
11. Shipping Information
Please allow 5 – 10 working days delivery. We deliver by Australia Post Wine Delivery Service. Your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address or PO Box if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 2 more attempts will be made to deliver the parcel before returning back to us. Sorry, no COD’s.
