A gold medal winning Margaret River Cabernet. Deep red in colour with a lot of intensity – in Ray Jordan’s words “faultless and excellent drinking”.
Very vibrant and pretty nose. Aromas of freshly picked bay leaf, ripe dusty mulberries with spearmint undertones. On the palate it is a very varietal Margaret River Cabernet with ripe black berry fruits and plush fine-grained tannins.
This full bodied and rich red cabernet would beautifully complement your favourite red meat or pasta. This wine is drinking beautifully now and can cellar for up to 12 years.
