9 years (108 months) on lees for this 3rd disgorgement of our  vintage 2010 Sparkling Maree Methode Traditionelle by World renowned consultant Winemaker, Bob Cartwright; this sparkling wine is made up of 80% Chardonnay 20% Pinot and is  clean and  refreshing with a  buttery lemon brulee-like bouquet.

Attractive buttery characteristics follow through onto the palate, wrapped in sherbety-like acidity interwoven with very fine mousse and a creamy complex yeast. The many beautiful fine beads on pouring create a vintage bubbly even the French would be proud of.  Enjoy some delicious oysters of your choice with this very fine wine or cellar for that very special occasion.
